Today we are going to show you how to set-up your account so that new clients will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to access Client Portal.
To do this – access Advisor Portal, click Settings and then Account Settings.
In the Configuration panel on the right, click the Configure (gear) icon for Client Activation Notifications. Select “Enabled” which going forward will automatically send an email to your new clients with instructions on how to access Client Portal.
If you decide not to enable this feature, the new clients will still receive a physical welcome letter with an access link to Client Portal.
